We strive to supply goods in excellent condition. Some of our products are both heavy and fragile and need careful handling until installed.

We will repair or replace (for free) any item found defective or damaged before delivery or during unloading. This is in addition to your manufacturer’s guarantee.

We cannot accept the return of products which are damaged after delivery. If you wish to return part or all of your order please contact us by email, or telephone, ensuring you quote your order number and the date you received your goods. You must confirm that the goods are in the original packaging, unused in anyway and that we are able to inspect the goods before signing for them.

Items returned to us must be sent by recorded delivery.

We know that sometimes there are going to be situations where the item you’ve ordered and had delivered isn’t suitable for your requirements. In the unlikely event that the item you purchased is not suitable and you want to return the goods, we are pleased to offer all customers a 28 Day No Quibble Refund giving you peace of mind.

If you wish to return the items you ordered, then in accordance with our legal obligations we will issue a full refund on the purchase price of the goods, subject to the goods being returned to us in the original packaging and in a good or unused condition. If the goods are returned in any other condition, we will contact you so we can discuss the next stage. We would advise you to take an image(s) of the product prior to the return, so you could send them to us and keep for your own records. Please note that we will not refund any additional costs incurred by you, or a Third Party .

In accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your product is damaged or develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, it is your responsibility to notify us. Just let us know and you’ll be able to return your product for a full refund, or have it repaired or replaced, if unused. If a fault or damage is reported after 30 days of delivery, our customer service will work with you to resolve any issue as best we can in conjunction with the manufacturer under their warranty terms & conditions.
